Annulment for me

Hi po, gusto ko lng po malaman kung may pag asa po maannulled ung kasal ko almost 10 yrs na po akong hiwalay ng dati kong asawa s kadahilanang sya ay nananakit physically, where in umabot npo s muntik nya nkong mpatay s pagsakal nya skin. after po nmin mghiwalay wala npo akong balita s knya at khit minsan po di po cya nagbibigay ng sustento para anak nmin isa. ang huli ko pong lam e may bago n syang kinakasama at may anak n din po cla. if ever po magfile po ako ng annulment case may assurance po b kong maaannulled ung kasal nmin? Ang totoo po nabuntis lang po ako noong kaya kami nagpakasal dahil s kgustuhan ng mga magulang nmin at iiwas kmi s scandalo. 21 ako noon at 20 cya.

Annulment take long time and cost much money normaly.

I'm bad at understanding Tagalog, so I didn't understood - How long time since you know where he is?
If many years, and if the government don't know either, then it's perhaps possible to get him declared dead. If so you will be counted as widow, so you can marry again.

What if i file for an annulment then my husband appear on the court then he admit all the grounds that i file like he had already a new family they have also a child now.

We got married when I was 21 and he was 20, that time Our parents push us to get married due to my pregnancy. After 1 year and half we got separated I've been abuse physical by my husband, i had a letter of conformity from a barangay that he will give us support but since then I haven't received any financial support for our child.

Now I'm planning to file for an annulment after almost 10 years we got separated. If there's any possible to grant my annulment? I just want to know if are marriage had a chance to be annulled?

I suppouse you have enough reason for annulment. If there aren't any, a good lawyer get it approved somehow anyway

It can cost very much to get a lawyer solving it.
I don't know if PAO handle annulments. I guess they don't, because otherwice they wouldn't get time to other type of cases
Annulments take long time anyway.

That's why I suggested trying to get him counted as dead, if he is hard/impossible to find, not knowing where he is for years.
