how long should I wait to get my backpay? its been 5months, until now wala pa din kasi.. what should I do? Please give some advice. Thankyou

I suggest you go directly to your HR Office and ask for your backpay or the status of it. If they give you unacceptable reasons, you may file for 'money claims' with the DOLE/NLRC. Good Luck.
