SSS Salary Loan Deliquent

Hi,

Tanong ko lang po kasi nag Salary Loan po ako sa SSS noong 2007, unfortunately di ko po agad agad na coordinate sa Agency ko na i deduct. Nag start na lang po ako nag pa deduct noong 2013 until today 2015. Bale po doble na po ung amount from my monthly amortization ang pinapadeduct ko which is 1338.00. Nung naka bayad na po ako ng 20 thousand may utang papala ako na 19 thousand. Ang original loan ko po is 14000. Wala nman po ako pambayad na isang bagsakan lang kaya pinapadeduct ko ito. Nung nakiusap po ako sa SSS na i pa stop ung interest, hindi po sila pumayag. Baka po pede nyo ako advise kasi baon na ako sa utang. Ang hiling ko lang naman po sa SSS is stop ung interest para po di na ako mabaon at babayaran ko ung loan via deduction sa Agency ko.

Well. Interest can raise the amount much if not paying, but it's some odd the loan wasn't paid back fully BEFORE you stoped paying 2013.

To count what's corect, some more info are needed.
What was the interest PERCENT in start?
How much did you pay per months 2007 to 2013 ? Which month more exact did you stop paying?
Do the deal say anything about punishment FEES if not paying? If so - How much?

INTEREST AND PENALTY

The loan shall be charged an interest rate of 10% per annum based on diminishing principal balance, and shall be amortized over a period of 24 months

Interest of 10% shall continue to be charged on the outstanding principal balance until fully paid

Any excess in the amortization payment shall be applied to the outstanding principal balance
Loan amortization not remitted on due date shall bear a penalty of 1% per month until the loan is fully paid.

Was it similar 2007?
If so, it make no sence there are dept left after paying 2007 - 2012/2013..

(If NOTHING would have been paid back, the dept would have been a bit over 30 000 now with the conditions Council wrote.)
