MAY BATAS PO NGAYON NA PINAPATUPAD REGARDING SA MGA MAGULANG NA HINDI MAGBIBGAY NG SUPPORT SA KANILANG MGA ANAK..

TANONG KO LANG PO ANO PO BA UNG JUSTIFIABLE CAUSE NA SINASABI PO DOON?

MASASABI PO NA JUSTIFIABLE CAUSE SA KORTE KUNG ANG AMA NG BATA AY WALANG TRABAHO KUNG KAYAT HINDI SIYA MAKAKAPAGBIGAY NG SUPORTA SA BATA?KUNG GANUN ANG MAGIGING DAHILAN SA KORTE MAAABSWELTO PO BA ANG KASO SA KANYA?

To provide support is a legal obligation of the parents and a demandable right of a minor child. Yan po ang general rule. However, if the parents can no longer provide support, hinde po sabihin na absuwelto na sya sa pagbigay ng support, kundi, yung judgment will be temporarily suspended UNTIL the parent's financial means can do so.
