Hi I would like to get your legal advice on this matter.
Background:
We executed an Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate with Donation to our Brother, to sell a small property which was still under the name of our dead parents. The transaction already started with the VENDEE and they were able to settle a partial payment of 200,000 from the original property price of 740,000.
After a few months our Brother died; and the VENDEE would not like to transact with us, the other siblings but instead they want to continue the transaction with my Brother's wife.
QUESTIONS:
What are the things that we would need to rightfully do in this situation for us to gain control of the negotiation with the VENDEE?
