Hi. My name is ann. My mom lost her life because of a 16 yr old kid, driving a motorcycle recklessly, with no registration, no permit and, no insurance. Finally after 2 months, my family received a letter from the fiscal's office for a preliminary hearing scheduled. I was told that this is the time where the defendant and the family will offer an amicable settlement. What will happen if my family will not accept the settlement? please help....
