Good day! I am a co-owner of a parcel of land inherited from my father which was originally owned by his father or my grandfather. My father and his 2 siblings (a sister and a brother) are all dead now. My uncle has no child but his wife is still living. They were married in the 70's. Is she entitled to 1/2 of my uncle's share even if they were married before the new family code was implemented? Thank you.
