Help pls?a family member runs a networking business.ang product,eloading/smart padala package.
Humina un networking business.nagpanic iba members and they wanted to refund their money.but they signed the membership form stating"no time frame/no refund policy." They went to nbi for complaint and presented a demand letter to ask refunds wd in 3 days.ang tnong ko po:
1) tama po ba na idawit nla other family members sa kaso dhil lng sa nkatira cla sa same house at dahil yun business nla ay nsa iisang adress? Kz po un 1 fam member may existing business na long before p start un networking at far related sa networking.
2) sa demand letter po nkasulat"syndicated estafa" daw
Dhil kinompleto nla un 5 person.anu po dpt gawin? Sa ngayun po nkkatanggap na ng insulto at masasakit na salita pti un owner ng other business.
Pnu po i proove na wala kinalaman un ibng family member?
