I am living with my 3 year old son and his nanny.tatlo lang talaga kame sa apartment na inuupahan ko.in kasambahay law allowed si yaya mag leave and she decided to go on leave this december.matatamaan ang xmas at new years eve.meron pa akong 4 na SPL.nag pasa na ako ng SPL for that at inayos ko na rin ang VL ko para macover ang pagbabakasyon ni yaya unfortunately denied ang SPL request ko.sabi ng HR po namin hindi daw kasama ang reason ko na walang magbabantay sa anak ko for SPL.ang cover lamang nito ay Bday PTA meeting Medical reason yet my son needs my presence.no one will look after him while his nanny is on leave.
When I didnt take our HRs decision amdtold them that in 2014 I got approved with a 7day SPL w the same exact reason nagreply ang HR po namin na due to staffing and my spl request falls on a holiday hindi daw po nila iggrant.
I am so dismayed w their reasoning.para sa akin hindi katanggap tanggap.unang una kaya nga sya Solo Parent Leave dahil ito ay isang privilege ng empleyado ng single mom or dad wc means that person solely took the responsibility raising a kid bakit po according sa HR namin ang pagkakaron ng sitwasyon na walang mag aalaga sa anak ng single mom ay hindi acceptable for SPL?
At tama po ba na may restriction when it comes to the date of the leave?
