Ive worked for the same BPO company since 2005. I came across a detailed summary of benefits stipulated by DOLE. Are all BPO companies required to follow this guideline? If non compliance to this guideline what are the procedures for proper escalation to DOLE

Some of these may be substituted or considered as complied with if the company has a similar benefit already.

What benefits would you think are not being given to you?

I've inquired earlier and according to our HR representative there is none this will be deducted from my remaining vacation leave instead of a bereavement leave. My mother passed away a week ago this is the nature of my query

Somehow the details behind your query came late and thus could not be answered directly.

There is no bereavement leave (by law) so if there is none of the kind in the company, then any leaves will have to be taken out of the vacation leave.
