Good day!
Would just like to ask a few things. I filed a case of minor physical injuries against someone. Nakapag hearing na po kami with the fiscal twice. On the last day ng hearing ang sabi ng fiscal there will be no further hearing since dedecisionan na lang daw po nya yung case and that we should just wait for the result via mail. My questions are, ano po ba ang hinihintay namin.. decision na talaga as in the one that will say na guilty yung respondent? or is it a notice na valid na sampahan ng kaso yung respondent? How long does it usually take for the fiscal to decide? Is there a way we can speed uo the process? Since the respondent is now planning to leave the country. i am kind of confused with this process. Please enlighten me.
