Arresto Menor

I wanna ask kung di ba puedeng iatras ang kaso ng complainant's guardian at complainant mismo ang kaso kung nasa DSWD ang bata.Even they filed a desistance ang DSWD na po ba ang maaari lamang magpadismiss ang case?
Ano po ang maaring gawin to settle the case since willing naman iatras ng complaiinant ang kaso.
kailangan bang ilabs muna ang bata from the institution to accept the dismissal?
Ang bata po ay 14 years old at di naman na prevent from work.?
