Hi, i was employed on March 3, 2015 and my contract expired on June 3, 2015, but i have been working with the company until July 29, 2015 and been absent on July 30 and 31 due to my pregnancy (bleeding) Come August 1, 2015 i filed a Vacation leave for 2 weeks and should be back on the 17th. Come August 17, i decided to file a resignation (via email)since im having difficulty in travelling and afraid that the bleeding will recur. My question is, am i still entitled to collect my cashbond since i did not render the 30 days notice? thank you.
