I need advice po.. My ex-husband will file an annulment as soon as he returns in the Philippines. He's an ofw.. Ask ko lang if magtutuloy-tuloy lang ba yung process nun kahit wala na sha sa Phil or dapat ba ako na lang magfile kasi ako yung nasa Pilipinas? Thank you in advance sa sasagot Smile

Hi,

Kung may bigyan siya ng SPA para yun yung mag-attend ng court hearings on his behalf, tutuloy yun kahit wala siya sa Philippines. Basta mag-appear siya sa court kung kailangan na niya magtestify.

Thanks for your reply.. I have a follow-up question if its okay with you.. In my other post, I asked for the properties that I acquired and wanted to separate it (as per our verbal agreement, all the properties that I acquired during the marriage is solely mine - we've been separated for 6 yrs now).. Somebody answered the possibility of it.. My question is, do I need to file for it now or do I have to wait for my ex to come back in the Philippines?
