i was married last 2004 to my husband without our CENOMAR both. and knowing after a year i have our marriage contract at the NSO. My Question is , IS IT VALID IF THE PERSON WITH MORE IDENTITY CAN MARRY AGAIN? because lately, i found out that he also marry a girl before me and now after me he marry again....

Your marriage is not valid, thus, you should file declaration of nullity of marriage. The presence of your marriage contract does notnecessarily mean that it is perfectly valid.
