where do we file our complaint in line with diminution of rank (educational institution) but not in pay.
our school has implemented a salary improvement scheme where ranked faculty members have their asso. prof rank become instructor. (demotion in rank) but a little increase in pay.
some of us did not accept for we believe that awarded rank cannot be taken from you unilaterally. others accepted with signature of a quit claim.
we file a TRO at the RTC but the RTC has ruled lack of jurisdiction.
so we filed at the NLRC and they again ruled that lack of jurisdiction.
so we elevated it to the national NLRC at present.
are we correct to the forum we have presented our case? is it NRLC or DOLE?
