pa advice po. allowed po ba ang korte ng mag order ng dismissal pag hindi umatend sa pretial ang defendant intervenor?

Yes. In Rule 19 of the rules of court on matters of intervention, you will not find it there the effects of the intervenor's absence during the pre-trial. But you should take note that an intervention is also a complaint. You raise your claims. Thus, Rule 17 and sec 5 of Rule 18 equally apply. The complaint may be dismissed upon motion of the defendant or upon the court's own motion.
