Arresto Menor

hi atty,

i owned a travel agency with a credit standing to a hkg counter part. everymonth we are sending payment to them trying to cope up with our losses, our transaction with them ended middle 2014.
last apr30,2015 without any demand letter, sales manager of the said counter part arrested me and put me in jail with out any demand letter and authorization from the said corporation. we also dont have any contract.

what are my chances for the dismissal of the said case.
