Hi po. Ano po ang kailangan sa pag open ng isang accounting firm? Or accounting consulting firm? For example po ako ln mag isa, do i need to have a public accountant experience? Kase ive been working as accountant for a private company for around 10 years.

Beside what any business need:
To do acounting WORK you need a SPECIAL permit to be allowed to do such.

I don't know if the law find an acounting permit covering consulting permit too (because acountant do consulting too normaly). IF not you need a special consultant permit too.

As an acountant I suppouse you know there are important benefits for businesses, which are approved by baranggay/municipaly office as BMBE (=Baranggay Micro Business Enterprise).
