Arresto Menor

Sinampahan po ng kasong grave threat ang asawa ko ng kapitbahay namin which is not true. Tapos po letter na dumating na sabi magbigay kami ng counter-affidavet, kaya pumunta kami sa PAO para magpatulong, kaso sabi ng PAO di na daw kailangan ng counter affidavit at deretso nalang daw sa arraignment. Tama po bang hindi na magbigay ng counter affidavit sa korte? Panu namin ipapaliwanag na nagsisinungaling lqng yung kapitbahay namin? Thanks po sa response at more power
