Hello Sirs and Ma'am, I am trying to help my niece with her Birth cert which has been tampered on the bday area. Parang my touch and go tpos saka tinypewriter and year of birth nya. July 17 1998 po ang sa BC na galing sa City hall pero sa authenticated BC from NSO, 2001 ang nakalagay.
What should be the process to correct this? saan po kami dapat pumunta? sa city hall ba nya sa lalawigan or ipapalate register sha dahil sa lahat naman ng other docs nyam yung 1998 po ang nakalagay. I hope you can enlighten us on the steps to take.
also totoo po bang malaki ang magagastos at mahaba proseso dito?
