Arresto Menor

Maituturing ba na Cyber libel kung nabasa ko ang hindi magagandang opinion at commento tungkol sa aking post sa Facebook ng isang naka private na group? ang nasabing group ay may Group Chat na hindi ako kasali subalit naiwang bukas ng isang myembro at nabasa ko na pinag-uusapan nila ako at may mga hindi magagandang salita laban sa akin.
nasaktan po ako sa aking nabasa at pinag-uusapan nila ako.
maari po ba akong magsampa ng kasong Cyber libel?
