Is it legal po ba kung lalagyan ng ceiling amount yung salary ng mga employees? Sa paycheck po lalabas lang yung kung hanggang saan lang yung binigay ng Board, pero sabi po nila, may increase pa rin po yearly kaso po hindi na siya magrereflect sa paycheck. Cash na lang po ibibigay. Pwede po ba yun? Nag aalala po kasi yung mga empleyado kasi po paano pag gusto nila mag-loan? Hindi na po tataas yung pera na makukuha nila, paano po pag sa retirement, maliit din po makukuha. Parang ang daya naman po. Ano po laban nila dito?
