We have received a letter from an insurance company in the US stating that my mother is to receive money, itcame from an ex boyfriend who has passed on. We don't have an idea how we will get his information since they have not been in contact for years. The death certificate and the social security number is not something we have on hand.how can we go about still getting the insurance money?
