Plano ko pong mag pa legal separation pag uwi ko sa Pilipinas this coming December. May 2 po akong anak. Ano po ba ang mga karapatan ko at ng mga anak ko after ma legalized ang separation? Maari pa po ba akong magasawa uli? Gaano po katagal ang proseso ng legal separation?

May onting alam lang ako about legal separation dahil nagbasa basa narin ako about it. Sa legal separation hindi ka pa rin pwedeng ikasal. Nangangahulugan na kasal ka parin pero hindi na nga lang kayo nagsasama at ang purpose lang ng legal separation ay physically separated kayo.Marriage is still valid

you cannot re-marry.

6+ months or more, depende. may cool-off period sa legal separation.
