Meron po akong ka leave-in partner for almost 8 years at nabiyayaan po kami ng dalawang supling. Ngayon po may naninira sa relasyon namin na naging dating gf ng kinakasama ko, gusto daw umano nyang bawiin saakin ito. Paano po pag ginusto ng asawa ko makipag balikan sakanya. May habol po ba kami ng mga anak ko? May karapatan po ba ako sa kinakasama ko?

Since hindi kayo kasal, wala kang magiging habol sa live-in partner mo kung sakali na sumama sya sa ibang babae. But, may karapatan ka sa mga naipundar nyong gamit at estate during the years na nag-sasama kayo. and at the same time, may karapatan ang mga anak nyo na maka-tanggap ng suporta mula sa father (live-in partner mo)

I have seen some advice from other legal forum, some are advising the "girl" to file RA. 9262, yun ay kung mag-dudulot ng emotional/psychological abuse sa kanya and/or sa mga anak nila ang pag-iwan ng lalaki sa kanila.

Tanong ko din po pala sir what if kunin ng kinakasama ko mga anak ko? Pwede po ba yun? Kanino po ba sasama ang mga bata?

RA 9262 is violence against women and their child. As to custody of your children. It is always the mother who has custody unless the court finds compeling reasons. As to compeling reasons, dnt worry, even a prostitute mother was given the custody, for she's obly doing it to support her kids

You are not married therefore the custody of your children will goes to you. hindi magiging madali para sa father na kunin ang pangangalaga ng bata sa iyo. Kailangan nya kumbinsihin ang korte na malalagay sa peligro ang kapakanan at buhay ng bata sa poder mo.
