Final Pay / Last Pay Inclusives After Resignation

Good day!

Gusto ko lang pong malaman what's included in my final / last pay from a company after I've resigned?

I've worked for this company for more that 2 years and I sent my resignation last March 2015 effective on April 30, 2015. Pero the CEO threatened me with legalities daw na obligation ko sa kanila. So nagextend po ako ng another month, May 30, 2015.  Natapos ko na lahat ng turnover and clearances with them. Nagfollowup ako today, June 30, 2015 kung kelan ang release ng final pay ko and they told me it would be released on the 15th of July.

Nagfollowup din ako about the computation ng last pay pero ang sabi sakin iaattach daw yung sa check na ibibigay sakin sa releasing. So, I am wondering kung ano po ang mga included sa final pay ko. Just so I could check for myself ang computation and justify it kapag may nakita akong discrepancy.

Unpaid salary.
Pro-rated 13th month pay.
Tax adjustment.
Leave conversion (if a company policy)

Hello. Thank you for the reply. Another question po. what if hindi po nila in-include yung sa Tax Adjustment? Pwede po bang idemand ko na isama nila yun? It was my first job and my first resignation, so... I haven't got any clue.

Hindi guaranteed na merong tax adjustment. Depende sa pag compute ng taxes yan.

Eventually dapat tax withheld = tax due. Kung merong sobrang binawas sa iyo, dapat ibalik.
