Hi. This just popped into my head and I think it's a worthy question.

Does the business name of an establishment HAVE TO BE the same as the Corporate name of the Corporation owning/operating the business?

Napapansin ko kasi na madalas kung ano name ng Corporation, ganun din ang name ng store or business establishment nila. KAILANGAN po ba na ganun BY LAW? Or is it possible na the REGISTERED NAME of a store or business establishment be different from the registered name of the corporation owning it?

The registered Corporate name HAVE TO be at contracts, reciepts and such,
but it's allowed to use for instance a brand name in marketing.
