Hi po! Good day to all!

I need advice po regarding this situation. We open our computer shop business last 2010, we started with 3 units po muna, we also added mini canteen para po dagdag income. At first we did not get a business permit kasi po naisip naming na it is not a commercial area ung place, we open pala our business here in a private subdivision in antipolo, townhouse po, 5 halera pong bahay, kami po ang nasa gitna, we are in the middle of vacant slots 1 and last layer my neighbor kami, 200 meters away meron pong school, we cater po sa college students, sa comp shop po namen we do not allow highschool and elem students in uniform na mag rent, kasi po bawal daw. May mga kapit bahay po kaming inggetera, nagsumbong po sa munisipyo na wala kaming pero, so we got one po.
Recently lang po nagkaroon ng gulo, involved po ung neighbor namin sa dulo and ung driver customer namin, ang nangyari po kasi nakapark sa harap ng unit namin ung SUV ng customer, after a few minutes po dumating ung school service ng anak ni neighbor, eh maliit lang po kasi ang space ng kalsada so kailangan pong umalis ng SUV, pero what happen was, sinigawan po ni neighbor ung driver sinabihan na umalis jan at harang harang sa kalsada, nagkasagutan po sila. Nakarating ang gulo sa homeowners president. Kinabukasan po may pumunta sa ming mga taga munisipyo, may nag complain daw po na ginagawa naming motel at sugulan ang shop namen, which is a big lie po, I believe na sinabi nya lang po iyon, thinking na mapapasara ang business namin, we deny it sa mga taga munisipyo dahil wala po talagang katotohanan, nalaman din po naming sa mga students everytime na dadaanan si neighbor sinasabing ipapasara daw po ang shop namin. Kanina po kinausap kami ng homeowners na nagsumbong si neighbor and said a lot of bad things against us and our business. Feeling ko po nakuha nya sympathy ng homeowners dahil parang panig sa kanya, tinakot po nila kami na pwede daw mapasara ang store naming dahil sa complain na yon, kasama sa complain samin ang mga sumusunod:
--maiingay na ng cocomputer
--paninigarilyo ng students
--pag close ng 10 pm.
Ask ko lang po my karapatan po ba ang homeowners na mapasara ang business naming, at ano po ba ang law sa mga business inside subdivision.

no, they don't have that authority. are your permits complete? that's how they can try to close you down. mayor's permit, bir, sss, bgy, etc.

address the complaints so they don't have anything against you.
