Ask them when the computation will be completed and when you can expect the money to be credited.
If they cannot provide a good or reasonable answer then at least ask for a confirmation that they are working on it and that you will be paid whatever the amount is due after they finish the computation.

but I was told that they are working on it for 10 months now. What is the next logical thing to do beside waiting . I believe that I have given them enough time to work on it.

Pwede mo i-reklamo sa DOLE.
But then that would almost mean that you would be leaving the company afterwards also.
