Arresto Menor

I'm on a probationary contract for 6 months in a certain company. I've been working with them for 12 days and tender my immediate resignation, for the reason that location is really far and risky to travel. I'm really finding a hard time also coping up with work because there is no turn over from the employee i replaced. I already inform my boss twice about my plans of leaving the company because my parents doesn't agreed with the work location due to risky, however my manager doesn't allow me to, so i give it a chance, however she always keep on telling me that "im still leaving" which demotivates me. Then i decided today to tender my immediate resignation and she texted me that she will seek an advice to their lawyer and file me a breach of contract. Are there are basis for this? if ever how much is the amount i have to pay, i only work for them 12 days.

Thank you

You are required by law to give 30 days' notice.

Immediate resignation can only be made for 4 reasons, and your original reason (far and risky) isn't one of them.

You already knew the situation (far & risky) before accepting the job, so you could have refused beforehand.

The company is entitled to seek for damages (may be nominal damages, and/or cost of getting a replacement) which may be anywhere from 10K to 30K or even more, depending on what they present.
