help lang p0h sa pagpr0cess ng ad0pti0n para p0h sa anak ko..may 4yr old dauther p0h ako,wala p0h nakalagay sa birth cert. nya n name ng father nya,hiwalay na p0h kami per0 di naman p0h kami kasal..sa ngay0n p0h may asawa na ak0 at kasal na p0h kami,gust0 p0h ng asawa ko na isun0d sa pangalan nya ang anak ko,apelyido ko p0h kasi ang gamit ng anak ko..sya na rin kasi ang kinagisnan na ama ng anak ko kya napamahal na sya sa kanya..kaya tan0ng ko lang p0h kung pan0 p0h ang gagawin ko..pan0 p0h ba ang pr0cess ng ad0pti0n na gagawin k0?need lang p0h para maay0s na ang birth cert. ng anak k0 bag0 sya mag-aral..tnx p0h..

eto po yong step na mag update ng details ng anak nyo..
magkano? mura lang to.. me kilala me, blue collar job lang, nakapag adopt eh..
duration, well, need po yan ng consent ng pader, so if cooperative naman,,
di naman matagal..

Hi,

Dahil hindi naman nakalagay ang name ng father sa birth certificate ng anak mo, hindi kailangan ng written consent niya.

Kailangan ang written consent ng father kung napangalanan siya sa birth certificate ng bata.
