I have signed the marriage certificate as my maiden name,the problem is the embassy is asking me for a proof of document that I am using my husband's surname, what should I do? And what documents I need to provide so I can use my husbands surname.

I'm based on the Philippines, I already have a passport, yet the embassy was asking for a document for a proof that I'm already using husband's surname, would I have to correct it for entance in Europe? Or is it valid to get an affidavit?
