Good day! Would like to ask if I can file a legal case against this company. Accdg to the contract June 01 yung start date ko. A week before I followed up regarding time and location however recruitment team cannot give a definite answer other than "i'll check on it" or "will get back to you" Until june 01 they didnt contact me I went to their office and was told to wait for a call. There is written contract signed by them and me as well that start date will be June 01. Also there are no issues regarding requirements because should there be they should've reached me about it.
