How do we know if The Marriage certificate is Fake or not.? NSO if Registered or not registered void or valid?

Atty, they had the ceremony, marge licnse, marge cert everything but the only problem is not registered to NSO? so, that was not valid?

no, that is not sufficient basis to say it was not valid. there are some marriages which are not reported to the nso because of clerical errors.

you should first go to the civil registrar where the marriage took place and inquire. the marriage license number should be on the certificate which you can use as reference. if there is no record of the marriage even there, then there is basis to say it was really fake.

try also to get a cenomar from nso

How about the marriage that already registered in the NSO even if all the details are not correct.. like for example the date of birth and the ages of husband and wife? Is this king of marriage valid?.. Hoping for your response for us to enlighten our mind.. thank you..

Why valid?.. The marriage contact couldn't use to change the status of the wife because of the information attached are not correct they always said that it was not valid because it was not the same info between the birth certificate and the marriage contract. Change status for PRC license and Passport,the NSO marriage contract was denied.Still single.

Why valid if they cant use to change the civil status of the wife especially in government transactions?

Ang husband ko po mayrun anak sa pagkabinata nya bago pa kami ngkakilala at kinasal. Acknowledge nya po ang bata at pumirma cya sa birth certificate ng bata...noon po ng support cya at nagpapadala sa bata pero irregular kasi ngkaproblima den kami sa financial. Those are just inconsistencies. If valid license was issued and the ceremony took place and the other necessary details are present, then the marriage is valid.
