Tyka in any case anu po kaya ang gagawin nila i correct po ung una kung b.c or i cancelled.

1. one way nito, eh magpagawa ka ng affidavit of one and same person sa magaling na attorney.

try to recall the events, bakit lumabas ang surname ni pader...
or if meron kang kakilala na attorney, 1st option n lang,

I just want to inquire po. My daughter has 2 birth certificates under 2 different surnames. The first BC is under my last name and the 2nd one is under his father's last name (where he acknowledged). She has been using the fist BC (under my lastnme) but wants to use her father's last name now since we will file a case under RA 9262. I am still single and since I got pregnant until now, the father didnt give us financial support but he signed the paternity acknowledgment on the back part of her BC. I registered both BC. what should i do now?
