Rape with consent - please help

May consultation lang po sana ako. Sana po matulungan nyo ko.

Yung kapatid po ng kaibigan ko ay nasangkot po sa sinasabi nilang "rape with consent". May girlfriend po kasi sya na menor de edad habang sya ay 18 yrs old na. Ang nangyari po kasi, pumunta yung babae sa bahay nung lalaki ng madaling araw at sinundo po ung lalaki. Lumabas po sila at may nangyari po sa kanila na pareho naman daw nila ginusto. Nalaman po kasi nung guardian ng babae na may nangyari at nag file po sila ng complaint na rape at nanghihingi po sila ngayon ng 50,000php para maareglo. Ask ko lang po sana kung rape po ba talaga yung nangyari kahit pareho nila ginusto? At kung may basehan po ba talaga yung 50,000 na hinihingi nila? Sana po matulungan nyo kami. Salamat po.

his claim of having consent, did he got any other proof except his self serving version of words?
do they really have relationship? does he have proofs such as gifts, pictures, videos showing romance.

the damages have no exact amount perse,,,
but as for the girl, how minor is she?
even though they have relationship, the medico legal can find out if there is force entry or not,
with consent or with force...

if your friend is very much confident of his version, he can volunteer that the girl undergo a medico legal ASAP.

Inamin naman po ng babae ng ginusto din nya, ang problema nga lang minor sya at 18 yrs old na po yung guy.

this can be statutory rape, or child sexual abuse..
corruption of minor,,,

how old is the girl?

ganito na lang, since nag eskandalo na guardian,,
and since meron naman relasyon,
pangakuan na lang ng kasalan when she turned 18.
