hi worked in a callcenter for 8 years and got terminated may 11,2015,
was on preventive suspension for 30 days from april 14,2015.
For the reason of fraud.
i was part of a focused group for fcr,which is one our major metric.ang supervisor po namin eh palaging galit dahil sa mga numbers namin na hindi makuha.ngayon ang supervisor poh namin ay nagcome up nang action plan to help us save our metrics.she forwarded it to us and taught us how use it.its a link to use to get more calls and that it would save all our major metrics.we didnt know how it works At first but she showed how.we used it for a day,we confronted our supervisor that its fraud.but she assured us that it is safe,whatever happens she got our back and she will cover us and that she will take care of everything.and we received assurance from our supervisor on a daily basis.we talk about it every team meetings and we were assured that everything will be fine.but a week after using the said link agents are being pulled out from calls dahil sa paggamit ng link,our sup was also pulled out and after that we just heared she immediately resigned.and left us hanging.now we lost our job because of her.they have terminated us its because we used the link.at sinasabi pa na alam naman pala namin na fraud eh bakit hindi namin inireport sa higher management.pero ang punto po eh hindi naman namin gagawin kung hindi kami niloko ng supervisor namin.pinatawag ako may 11 2015 to let me know na im terminated na daw.with the screenshot na gumamit ako nang link na yun.which is so unfair kasi nang mag submit ako ng note to explain ko at sa hearing namin na itinituro namin ang supervisor namin at meron kaming ebidensya na sya talaga ang rasun kung bakit namin ginamit.at handa ang mga ka team mates namin tumulong para magwitness.16 kmi sa team at sigurado ako na lahat kmi gumamit noon pero 9 lng kmi ang na pullout.at me mga agents na gumamit din noon na sa hanggang ngaun ay sumusweldo pa rin kahit last year pa sila gumagamit.178 agents gumagamit noon at 30 agents lang ang na terminate.at dapat yung supervisor sana hindi pinayagan na mag immediate resign while issue is still under investigation.at meron pang supervisors ngaun nasa trabaho pa rin at sumusweldo kahit itinuturo na nang mga agents nla..di patas kasi dapat lahat pareho ang verdict..sa termination letter nkainclude yung screenshot..pero yung hiningi kong ebidensya na nasa email namin ay hindi nla isinama.napaka unfair poh 8 years na po ako dun pero nawala ang trabaho ko dahil sa pagtitiwala sa supervisor namin.please tulungan nyo po ako..kung anu ang dapat naming gawin.pwede nyo po ako iemail

Unfortunately kahit ituro ninyo ang mastermind ng krimen, nagkasala pa rin kayo dahil ginawa nyo ang mali.

At hindi pwedeng magturo ng ibang tao at itanong kung bakit sila hindi kasama sa pag-terminate. Hindi nyo alam ang buong kwento.

Whatever the reason is, di mo pwedeng ituro ang 150+ na ibang agents na sinasabi mong gumagawa din nun, lalo na kung wala kang matibay na ebidensyang hinahawakan maliban sa "alam mo na ginagawa nila yun."

Ginawa ng kumpanya ang tamang proseso sa pagbigay ng notice, at pagkakaroon ng hearing pagkatapos mong magpaliwanag.

Mahirap paniwalaan na niloko kayo, lalo na kung alam nyong mali ang ginawa nya at fraud ang katumbas.

Parang pareho yan sa mastermind ng pagpatay na sinabihan kayong barilin at patayin ang isang mataas na opisyal. Alam nyong mali pero ginawa pa rin.

Fraud is a critical issue in the BPO industry - manipulation of metrics and outright dishonesty which is equivalent to theft. And the company will not let its business go down because of people who cheat.

And yung issue na buntis ka ng 3 months - that's a non-issue at all.

Hindi pwedeng gawing rason yan para hindi ka ma-terminate.

Bawal magterminate ng babae dahil sa pagiging buntis nya, pero sa sitwasyon mo wala naman kinalaman ang pagbubuntis mo sa ginawa mong fraud.

And it's not illegal dismissal - they followed due process.

Unfortunately, that's the end of it for you.

may ebidensya po kmi which is na sa email po namin.nung nag hearing po kmi hiniling ko po na ipull up yung email pero hindi nla isinama sa ebidensya.kasi dun sa email makikita na yung supervisor talaga ang nagturo samin.tdaka tama po ba na mag immediate resign sya while under investigation pa ang issue?tsaka merin din pong 2 supervisor na itinuturo nang mga agents nila.pero hindi sila nag undergo sa kahit sa preventive suspension kahit.at yung sup namin eh inamin naman po yung ginawa nya.pero nterminate pa rin kmi.di ba hindi dapat pinayagan nang company na mag immediate resign yung mga sup namin?kasi issue is still under investigation.

maraming maling gawa ang di napaparusahan at maraming tamang gawi ang walang napapala,
kalakaran na yan,,
sa kaso mo, isa ka sa napiling sawi, walang mangyayari kung hihilahin mo yong ibang agents pababa..
the fact na gumawa ka ng mali face the consequence, di mo alam ang process, baka next time naman cla, or undergoing na yong para sa kanila, if hinila mo cla pababa, magtatanim ka lang sama ng loob from them.
tingnan mo c bong,enrili at estrada lang ang nakakulong, eh alam naman nating di lang cla ang nagkamal ng pera,,,
yong sa supvisor mo, napaliwanag na ni sir council,,,medyo save his own arseeee lang sya,me karma din yon.

As I said, those issues are none of your concern anymore.

You just need to concentrate on your own issue - did you do something wrong? Yes. Was it fraud? Yes.

try mo ituro lahat ng mga involve sa gya ng ginawa mo.. o kya ituro mo na din lahat at i reveal mo lahat ng mga ilegalities ng mga ex-coemployee mo. try mo hilingin na imbistigahan din sila.

then balitaan mo kami kung ano mangyayari sau:)

you have to understand na nag vilolate ka ng rule reason why ka na terminate. and according naman sa story mo is dumaan ka sa tamang procedure.

kung bubuo pla ako ng ilegal group at kikita ng limpak limpak na kwarta?

hindi kita isasali.. kasi pag nahuli ka? eh mag tuturo ka lng!! hahaha

Wala po akong cnabing magtuturo ako.sinabi ko lang kong anu ang totoo.na hindi fair ang investigation.dahil biktima lang kmi.na naniwala kmi supervisor namin.na tutulungan kmi anu man ang nangyari.wala rin aking sinabing mandadamay ako nang iba.kaya nga ako nagpost dito dahil meron akong gustong malaman.pero kong ganyan ang gagawin nyo dapat hindi na kayo nagreply kong wala rin lang kayong magandang masasabi.hindi rin ako makulit.nagtatanong lang ako.kung nakukulitan kayo dahil may may nagtatanong dapat hindi na lng kayo nagreply.kung babasahin nyo po nageexplain lang ako Sa kung anong nangyari.salamat po..

sa mga ganyang pangyayari.. bakit nalalaman natin ang kahulugan ng salitang "unfair" ? kasi hndi lahat na punish kahit may mali din yung iba? at malas na isa ka sa na punish?
