swindling estafa

good afternon po please help me wat to do about my case last january 28 i recieved a phone call from the police crime crame dat i have a case which is a estafa filed by an attorney and he told me that anytime soon dey will arrest me wit the arrest warrant because i did not answer their letter but on the other hand i did not recieved any demand letter regarding the issue when i ask him who what firm of lawyer the complain come he cannot answer me din yesterday may 13, 2015 he call again the police chief of our barangay to trace me but i did not transfer any place or work and idont know what company who file againts me but i will admit i have unpaid credit cards because of some emergency reason. what should i do to verify the case?where to go?

taktika lng yan ng agent kung saan maari na transfer ang case mo sa unpaid creditcard mo. agents from a debt collecting company are very aggressive sa paniningil dahil anjan ang comission nila. the best thing to do is contact the bank at alamin mo kung saang debt collecting company or leagl aid office naka turn over ang case mo. then try to setle things with them.

pero pag pinag taguan mo ito? yes may tendency na pwde mauwi sa etafa or any criminal case ang situation mo.
