Nagtatrabaho ako ngayon sa isang outsourcing company (internal Audit). before employment, sabi nila we will undergo trainings na mahal dahil sa mga acctng softwares na ituturo nila so, kailangan naming pumirma ng training bond of 50 000 pesos each. if we terminante the contract before 2yrs, we need to pay the bond in proportion sa na work namin . (6 kami ng training) wala silang sinabi sa specific training pero sabi nila mahal daw at maganda ect. magtraining din daw kami kung pano ang proper makeup etc kasi need yun kasi pupunta kami sa diff. clients dapat daw presentable. so nainganyo kami magtraining, sabi pa nga ng HR mag invite daw ng mga guest speaker from diff places. so we signed the contract which states that we should work for 2 years or else pay the bond. 3months yung training period. start kami dec 1 2014, ngayun ang nangyari sa training 15days na discussion lang sa mga acctng softwares na naka project kasi isa lang ang laptop tapos, di pa nag invite ng mga guest speaker at di rin natuloy yung training sa makeup. after 15 days, ipinapunta na kami sa diff. clients. ngayon, gusto ko nang magresign, may chance ba na bumaba ang training bond na babayaran ko? Salamat talaga sa mga tutulong Sad kasi, di naman pala mahal yung training namin T__T

marami ng cases ng mga training bond complain. but since hndi naman nasunod yung durations ng training nyo? i believe may rights ka ignore ang bond. kya lng. ang feedback nyan sau is maaring ma block list ka sa mga afiliate nila at ma bann sa mga company na may friendly relations sila. nanagyayari ang bond sa ganyan dahil sa mga expenses ng mga software and overhead charging man hour during your training period. now ano ba worry mo?

kung yung pag babayad sa training bond?

i believe kung naka state din sa contract ang ang durations and activity ng training. which is hndi nasunod?

then wla ka dpt maging wory. just simply tell to them na hindi naman nasunod ang nasa contract. otherwise if mag resign ka and ignore the training bond na babayaran mo?


its up to them if gusto nila i turn over sa debt collecting agencies ang case na yan para sila mangulit sayo sayo s apayment. but i sugest together with the others.. makipag usap kayo sa HR. but anticipate mo na and expect ang block listing once mag resign ka and ignore the training bond.

but dnt wory marami ng ganyang case even sa sarili ko:) and i did the same thing. hndi nasunod ang training durations and perspectus ng training. kya ayun.. wlang training bond fee na nangyari ng mag resign ako.

pero kasi, yung mga sofwares nila, di naman nila yun binili dahil sa pagtraining namin. kailangan talaga nila ng softwares para sa mga client nila. may software na sila na ginagamit bago pa sila ngtrain. besides, yung peactree nga nila di naman talaga licensed, cracked lang na code sa internet hahahah

then you have nothing to wory about:) you can say it to them otherwise pwde mo sila i report sa autodesk by using a cracked software.Smile

but the problem is oumirma ka sa binding contract right?

if mag pursue and insist ang company mo na pabayaran sa inyo ang binding agreement?
the best thing to do is talk to them first and dont sign anything even promisory note and that you will pay them in a way.

pero in my case and same as the others na kilala q?

relationship lng sayo at sa company ang maapektuhan jan:) no money involv if im not mistaken.Smile

OO nga, nung minsa nga sinumbong sila sa dole ng isang empleyado kasi ayaw nyang magbayad ng bond hahaha. hindi ko lang alam kung ano nangyari kasi naassign ako sa malayong lugar
