I just wanna ask some advice here. I just recent went AWOL from a BPO company (cvg). Then, I recently receive a notice of termination then it includes a statement asking me to sent back all the documents that are from them as well as to pay the training bond which is 25k.
Ang nasa contract (which is di ko masyado na basa kc dali2 lang po nilang binigay sa amin para mag sign at kukunin din nila ulit agad) kailangan po namin mag bayad ng 25k if di namin matapos ang training...Now my question is bakit yung ibang kasama ko na nag awol din within the training period wala namang na receive na kahit isang notice na pa babayarin nung training bond at gaya ng sinasabi ng marami, wag ko daw po pansinin yung bond dahil nanakot lang yung company at wala din un sa labor code..
Di ko po talaga alam kung anung gagawin ko,.. dahil terminated na rin naman po ako..Do i have to pay ba po talaga yung bond nila? If di ko po ba yun bayaran may chance ba na edemanda nila ako dahil dun? and mag rereflec po ba yun sa mga papers ko kahit di ko ilagay na galing o may work experience ako from that company?
