AWOL - Training Bond

Hello Everyone,..

I just wanna ask some advice here. I just recent went AWOL from a BPO company (cvg). Then, I recently receive a notice of termination then it includes a statement asking me to sent back all the documents that are from them as well as to pay the training bond which is 25k.

Ang nasa contract (which is di ko masyado na basa kc dali2 lang po nilang binigay sa amin para mag sign at kukunin din nila ulit agad) kailangan po namin mag bayad ng 25k if di namin matapos ang training...Now my question is bakit yung ibang kasama ko na nag awol din within the training period wala namang na receive na kahit isang notice na pa babayarin nung training bond at gaya ng sinasabi ng marami, wag ko daw po pansinin yung bond dahil nanakot lang yung company at wala din un sa labor code..

Di ko po talaga alam kung anung gagawin ko,.. dahil terminated na rin naman po ako..Do i have to pay ba po talaga yung bond nila? If di ko po ba yun bayaran may chance ba na edemanda nila ako dahil dun? and mag rereflec po ba yun sa mga papers ko kahit di ko ilagay na galing o may work experience ako from that company?

not because wla sa labor code ang nasabing training bond. it means eh safe na. remember na pumirma ka diba? at ang pag pirma ay indications ng pag sang ayon mo sa contract ryt? pero dnt wory. wlang nakukulong sa ganyan:) pero maaring ma block list ka or banned sa mga comp na related ang prev comp mo or may friendly relation sila. thats the risk by not paying this bond. due to lisc and documents and overhead man hour charging kasi yan eh. kaya uso ngayon ang binding contract. then regarding naman sa mga kasama mo na hindi pa nakaka tanggap ng notice? wag kamo sila excited masyado!! :0 makaka tanggap din sila in time. wag kamo atat:)

botoomline is.. wlang legal case na magaganap regards jan sa di mo pag babayad ng training bond. depende yun if mag pursue ang comp mo or mag hapit ba:)

but theres a lot of excuses for this if ever. sila nag terminate sau ryt? and never mo nagamit ang training mo.

What if mag pursue po sila don, anu po ba yung maaring maging consequence po?

its just like the cash advances or vale na ginawa ng isang empleyado.but failed to pay due to employment termination. i turn over yan ng comp sa legal aid or sa mga debt collector agent at sila mag hahabol dito. mag kakaron yan ng account sa debt collect agent and sa ganun ma rersolve ang case.but if happen?.. payag naman ang ganyan sa re-const ng payment even sa pinaka mababa at light terms of payment. rather than mag pursue sila to charge a case kasi sila din magagstusan dito. but this is just my own opinion.

if im not mistaken. relation mo lng sa company mo ang maapektuhan dito. your name might be listed sa block list or ma bann ka sa mga afiliate nila and some company na may friendly relation sila once u refuse to pay this binding contract fee.

The company may, if it wishes to, pursue a "breach of contract" case against the employee, especially if it can prove that there are significant costs in hiring the employee (including training costs).
