civil case sum of money

atty.1 morning i recieve txt msg telling that my name and photos will be published n the newspaper tomorrow NOTICE to the public against me dragging my company and have a negative publicity that do not transact to this person . please tel me is this true any lawyer can do this on a person. Any lawyer could paid an advertisement to any media, newspaper companies without letting u know. what if u cannot read there msg. and u never know that u r n the newspaper already then your company will kick u out do u think that u can pay them. me i know that i have my obligation at the bank but in the certain situation like for ex. finacial problem due to my wifes giving birth in ceasarian section and u have 2 kids paying a tuition fees i cant afford to paid them. but i still looking a way to pay them in way that i can afford to pay. not in full. Please gave me an advise what i gonna do for this situation. thank you and more power...
