good afternoon.I got a summon from Makati metropolitan court. This is for my salary loan from a bank which I failed to pay. they were demanding us to reply in 10 days. honestly, I cannot afford to pay the principal amount nor hire a lawyer to represent us.can i avail the services of a public attorney?

if this is a small claims case, no lawyers allowed. but you can use this opportunity to work out a settlement.

I already seek the assistance of a public attorney and upon reviewing the summon we found out that the one who sworn to have delivered the demand letter to me is not the real one. I have a proof of the person who made the actual delivery. Is there a possibility that my case will be dismissed?
