to start with, im a regular employee and the management decided na ilipat aq s ibng branch pero back to zero.babayaran nila unused leaves q pero back as probationary ult aq. so i asked dole and said diminution of benefits nga daw. na- threaten cla kya kesa i-dole q dw cla bayaran nlng ung tenure of service q and promised me to give it not after 1 month kc alm nla wla aqng any source of income kya q minadali and we dont have an agreed amount na dapat pla meron but hndi nla skin cnabi. more than 1 month na kaya i decided to file a complaint na lng s dole since my case can be filed as illegall dismissal kc wla due process since its very sudden tlga. napenalty na q s mga unpaid bills q kc nga wla aqng pera pmbayad. naabala na rin aq at namasahe pabalik balik sa dole kc unknowledgeable aq qng tama b ung ginagawa skin ng company.
i want to ask qng valid ba ito to file a case against the company para sa abala na dinulot sa akin? di ba dapat nga aq pa sinusuyo nila kc wla aqng violation to start with and illegal pla ung ginawa sa akin? maraming illegal na gngawa c company and i found out lng nung naadvice na aq ni dole. nlrc daw sna ang case q pero i want money claims na lng pra matakot sila at wag gwin sa mga naiwan q kasamahan s trabaho.hndi nrin mganda relation q with them dhil sa baluktot nlang sistema..thank you very much
