ABANDONMENT CASE R.A 9262

Nagpunta po ako sa PAO Pampanga kanina to file po sana ng Abandonment Case R.A 9262 sa asawa ko since inabandona niya ako on the first month ng pagbubuntis ko. Hindi daw po ako pwede magfile ng Abandonment para sa anak ko dahil hindi daw po pumirma ang asawa ko sa birth certificate ng anak ko. Kailangan ko po ba talaga magfile ng petition of paternity para makapagfile ako eh kasal naman kami since 2012 sa civil? Hindi po ba automatic yun kahit hindi niya pirmahan dahil kasal naman kami? Nung nag inquire naman ako sa PAO Makati pwede naman daw po ako magfile ng abandonment at hindi niya pwede ideny ang anak ko dahil kasal kami.

Yes,pwede ka magfile ng case against your husband for abandonment and emotional stress under ra 9262 but if i where you in order for you na matutukan ang case that you gonna file hire a private lawyer.where you from i know a lawyer which is good and makatao..yun nga lang taga cavite sya..but he's good..i have the same case kasi kaya alam ko..
