Regarding Case Against Abandonment and non - child support

I already file a case against the father of my son who working abroad. we are not married. though we met there however i have to resign and go back to the philippines due to my condition. Although he provide me a 35,000 pesos for giving birth since then he only give 5000 for july and 5000 nov 2011. i gave birth may 13 2011.. since then he never provide and never spoke me. I call him in our office but he said he doesnt know who i was. so i file a case against this man in the philippine court. is it true that inspite the effort to file a case the case will not give any justice. I really want to put him in jail for being irresponsible... I file a case in women's and child desk then I file in the court. I already attend hearing in the office of the prosecutor. Give advice what will happen next. I don't have a lawyer when i did everything. I want him to be deported and have a hold a departure order. Although I spoke to some of the heads in our work and instructed him to do something about this. unfortunately he is still not fixing. I assume that he wants to ignore his responsibility for my son. Please advice me....

other said that if the will be just in archive because the person that I filed against are working abroad yet he is still filipino citizen...

Well! Every children deserves child support, but your case being not married is kind of difficult to send him to jail, asking maintenance? There's a posibility but he has to be in the country for you to pursue this matter.

My Philippines friend said you need to go to Tulfo brothers on T3 as they have a lawyer there that seem to know the way around it. Don't lose hope for your baby's sake fight for your right!

My friends also said Tulfo brothers are the best so get your hope start up with them as they are very helpful! They watch them everyday all their series! "Isumbong mo kay Tulfo" (I hope I get that right)

HI ajie, no need to engage the services of a lawyer, the prosecutors, should they found out probable cause would serve as your lawyer in court later on,

when a case has been filed in court, get a copy of the information/charge sheet and sign complaint for the cancellation of his passport before the DFA..if cancelled, he will surely be deported...if he is already in the Philippines, you could now apply for an HDO (hold departure order)

Lamentably, if you cannot bring him home in the Philippines, the case you have filed will be archived

is there also a possibility to file a cancellation on his professional license.

update on the case...Base on the file cased submitted the prosecution already decided to formal filed a case against him... based on the evidence that i submitted.... two case whether 7610 or 9262...

Ang case ko naman po ay similar sa inyong dalawa, ung tatay ng anak ko ay nasa new zealand, nakipaghiwalay sakin sa chat lang dahil may nakitang ibang babae dun, at hindi na nagrereply ukol sa supporta sa bata. At ngayong nabuntis pa niya yung babae niya dun sa new zealand.

I've been working so hard para maitaguyod ko nang magisa ang 2-year old daughter namin. Simula nung nabuntis niya ako, wala siya sa tabi ko dahil kinakasama niya ang ex niya, at nung nalaman niyang buntis ako, gusto pa niya ipa-abort. 9-months na buntis akong wala akong natatanggap na suporta emotional or financial, sa tatay ng anak ko. Hanggang sa nanganak ako sa Lying-in, dahil hindi ko afford manganak sa ospital, nirason niya na nasa Baguio siya dahil walang magbabantay ng tatay niyang may sakit pero, nung check ako ng facebook ko, nakita ko ung mga pictures niya na andito pala siya sa Manila nun, nagsasaya at nag iinom kasama mga barkada at ex niya. Subrang sakit nito, deep inside..

Kaya nakapagdecide ako na kailangan magising siya sa mga pinaggagawa niya sa akin. Kakasuhan ko siya ng ABANDONMENT and NON-CHILD SUPPORT.
