Good day! Compensation package of a Supervisor includes mobile allowance of Php1,000 per month. This is also indicated on the Personnel Change Notice issued to the employee. Now the company has issued a Memo stating:

Reimbursements and allowances that are not claimed and/or liquidated within two (2)
months after month-end will be forfeited in favor of the company



Some employees are asking if it is legal to forfeit their benefits? Thank you and more power.

not claimed within 2 months.. i think that's reasonable.. di naman forfeited if you claim it monthly..
