Hello. I just want to ask advise from you guys.
Base on my probationary contract kasi incase na mag resign ako I have to notify within 30 days and then base naman sa Pemanency Contract I have to notify within 90 days.
Usually kasi yung 90 days notice sa managers lang. Pero in my case 90 days yung nakalagay at na sign ko na ito.
Is it ok for me to notify 30 days before? How about two weeks?
