mas matanda po aq sa husband ko ng 3years.25 aq nung kinasal kmi 22 nnb xa.pinilit ko lng po At napilitan nmn ung asawa ko sa kasal kase buntis na ako that time..
hiwalay npo kami ngaun.at walang comn for 4years.4years lng din km nagsama.
wala din po xa financial support sa only son namin.
valid po ba kasal nmin?
wala po aqng alam sa whereabouts nya ngaun.can i file for annulment at ano po chance to win?
gusto ko magfile ng child support kaso wala po balita kung nasaan xa ngaun.

Kung walang makakapagsabi sayo kung nasaan sya, sinong makakasagot ng mga ifile mong kaso?

Siguro, presumed death of the other spouse ang pwede mong maging option pagdating sa petition for annulment pero may mga required steps ang mga yan bago officially ma declare na presumed death ang spouse mo. Ang alam ko, kakailanganin mo ang isang attorney sa petition na yan.
