seeking legal advice against my brother

Hi, i would like to seek advice against my brother, here's the situation, my brother and his wife doesn't have a job, he's currently addicted to gambling, and keeps asking me for my money. First question is, My business is under my brother's name but everything is managed by me, my brother's name is the only thing in the business, he has no participation nor he share income etc does he have a right to my business?, Second, my brother keeps asking me for money although they are recorded as debt, i am also afraid that since he's with a dangerous group my life would be threatened although nothing of sorts every happen since I let him borrow money on some occasion

Hi, why do you not register the name under your name? Since you are using his name, he is exposed to liabilities or lawsuits if some things go wrong with the business. Thus, it is only proper that he should be compensated for the use of his name.

If you want to avoid complications, then register your business under your name.
